2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online, via phone, or email.
  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver directly to Rhodes Marina, Mandraki Marina, Kolona Port, and Lindos Port.
  • Delivery times depend on product availability and order confirmation.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.
  • If an order is not received due to customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not provided for perishable items unless damaged upon delivery.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Product Quality & Liability

  • We ensure that all products meet high-quality standards before delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours for replacement or refund.
  • Island Stores is not liable for product deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.

  • The content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Island Stores and protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

  • Island Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
